At Hezal.in, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. To facilitate a smooth shopping experience, we offer exchange (one time) and returns (within 48 hours of delivery) for domestic shipments.

Return Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please Note: Items purchased at a discounted price/sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Steps to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Inform our team about your intent to return the product within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at hello@hezal.in.
  2. We will arrange for the pickup within 48 hours.
  3. Once the shipment is delivered back to us in its original and unused condition, we will credit a coupon to your wallet within 72 hours. You can use this coupon for future purchases. We recommend making a video at the time of return pickup.

Important Notes:

  • Any return or exchange request made after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
  • For special offers, please refer to the specific terms and conditions mentioned on offer and discount pages. Return and exchange policies will be applicable according to the special offer.
  • If a special discount is provided via WhatsApp or email, no returns or exchanges will be applicable, and it will not be separately mentioned on the invoice.
  • Returns are accepted only for items purchased directly from Hezal.in. Returned items must be in new, unused, and resellable condition, with the original packaging and product information intact.
  • International orders (outside India) are not eligible for exchange or return under any circumstances.

Cancellations:

You can cancel your order online within 2 hours. Once the cancellation is approved, we will initiate a refund within 48 hours, and the amount will reflect in your account within 5 working days. Orders cannot be canceled once the item has been shipped or a tracking number has been generated.

Shipping:

We endeavor to dispatch orders within 48 hours, subject to stock availability. While we strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, occasional discrepancies may occur. In such cases, we will fulfill the available products and offer you the option to await restocking or process a refund.

Management's Decision:

The management's decision regarding damaged/defective products and/or issuance of credit is final and binding. The management reserves the right to modify or alter the above conditions/policy without prior notice.
